Mooncake Making Workshop – A Taste of Vietnamese Mid-Autumn Culture

During the workshop, in-house guests had the opportunity to make their own traditional Vietnamese mooncakes while discovering more about the customs and atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

From familiar ingredients to the finished mooncakes, our guests were guided step by step by our Chef. More than a baking activity, the workshop offered a fun and hands-on way to experience a cherished Vietnamese tradition.
