1. GENERAL POLICY

  • Notice of cancellation should be received by 2 pm on the day before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation after 2 pm on the day before the check-in date, a one-night stay per room, plus applicable taxes and service charges, will be incurred. During peak seasons, the cancellation policy is subject to change and will be advised at the time of booking.
  • Non-guaranteed room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date unless specifically mentioned, after which the hotel reserves the right to release the room reservation and other related services (if any).
  • Please inform us of any Food / Dietary requirements. Special and other requests, early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability, and Advance arrangements are required and additional charges may apply.
  • Check-In Time is 14:00hrs /Check-Out Time is 12:00hrs
  • Please present your passport or ID and children’s birth certificates to reception upon checking in

2. CHILD POLICY

  • Children below 11 years old staying with parents are free of charge. Maximum 01 complimentary child per apartment
  • Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults. An extra bed is required at a surcharge of VND 800.000/ night, including breakfast.
  • A complimentary baby cot is provided upon request (maximum 1 baby cot per room).
